RETURNS IS ONLY POSSIBLE BY POST. Right of withdrawal Not satisfied with your order? Returns can be made within 14 days. Only for online orders. Let us know in advance by email (info@mondiofficial.com) what you want to return. • Items must be unworn and labeled. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned. • The items must be returned in their original packaging. • The items must not contain signs of wear such as perfume or cooking smells. • For SALE items, you will receive a voucher. This is valid for 6 months. • Return orders must reach us within 14 days. After these 14 days have expired, your right of return expires. • Shipping and return costs will not be reimbursed. • Items that are returned are your responsibility until they are returned to us. It is important to keep proof of your shipment! • Return orders delivered to a service point will not be collected by us. • All returns will be processed within 14 days of receipt
Shipping details After the order has been fulfilled, we will transfer the order to PostNL or DHL within 2-3 working days. You can choose to collect the order (collection address: Laagraven 5D) instead of shipping, please indicate this when ordering. We will contact you to schedule an appointment to pick up the order. ​ We ship worldwide ​ Make sure that all information is entered correctly for the order. After payment, it is not possible to change anything. When the order has been registered with PostNL or DHL, you will automatically receive the track & trace code in your email. You can also pick up the order by appointment at the address: Laagraven 5-D in Nieuwegein ​
